This time of year in Herefordshire there are many food fairs dotted about the county where local food
and drink producers show case their produce to visitors. Today we attended the sixth annual Mortimer food Fair in the picturesque village of Brampton Bryan in north Herefordshire.
The weather was very kind and temperatures were in the region of 30 degrees celcius plus some.
There were many local food and drink suppliers offering there local made produce of which you could sample before purchasing and of course there was Herefordshire cider on offer which Herefordshire is well famed for. A good event for all the family to attend with things to do to keep the kids entertained.
As well as the local produce on offer there were food cooking demonstrations and live music by a local jazz band which added great ambience to the event.
There was live entertainment provided by 'Cider City Jazz Men' which added great ambience to the event.
In addition to the many local food producers there was the UK's first Kotlich outdoor cooking competion along with some great cooking demonstrations hosted by Rayeesa's Indian kitchen.
Below are a few photographs of the day.
